What happens if I am a victim of a terrorist attack whilst abroad?

We do offer a cover for terrorism, please note that this extension is an optional extra within our Holiday and Executive plans which will cover you up to US$100,000 for accidents and injury.

How do I receive payment for my claim?

Once your claim has been settled, a member of our team will call you to either collect your cheque or arrange a bank transfer.

Can you offer travel insurance for someone with a pre-existing medical condition?

No, unfortunately travel insurance with a pre-existing medical condition cannot be offered.

Please refer to the pre-existing condition defintion for further clarity.

Until what age can I apply for travel insurance?

The maximum age to obtain one of our travel policies is 75.

How many days can I go on a holiday under the policy?

A single trip policy provides cover for the duration of a round-trip for up to a maximum of 180 days, depending on the period chosen.
